Currently, the two singles along with two spots in the triple are all occupied by UC Berkeley students. We are asking for $600 for a place in the triple. The lease period is set from August 1st, 2013 to May 31, 2014, but the start date is negotiable. As for utilities, water and garbage are included, and the electricity, gas, and internet are split among the tenants. NO FURNITURE IS PROVIDED. YOU NEED TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN!
