Down the hall are two bedrooms, a cozy single bedroom and the master suite. The master looks out over the lake and has a marble bathroom with a claw foot tub, shower and double sinks, there is also a walk-in closet in this room. Downstairs is a great space that has plenty of separation. There is a family room with a fireplace and a door that leads out to a back patio and the path that leads to the waterfront. There is also a nice quiet bedroom, along with a full bathroom that is newer, but 1930’s styling. Next is the large laundry room that has a door leading out to another patio and a very large storage area. There is a two-car garage and landscaping for the home is included. The lake has a short draw down period this year from October 15th – December 1st. No pets and no smoking please, Lake Grove Elementary, Lake Oswego Jr & Sr. High Schools. No Pets Allowed
