At the end of the hallway, you will reach the dining and kitchen areas. There are two staircases to the lower level, one off the front living room, and the second in the kitchen area. The back staircase has interior access for the one car garage. The downstairs includes a family room with a wet bar, as well as three more bedrooms and another full bath. There is a storage shed in the side yard. This property DOES NOT have A/C. Tenant is responsible for yard care, all utilities and trash. Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed. 1 cat allowed. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly fee per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records. Pets must be at least 1 year old.
