The open kitchen includes a new countertops, plenty of cabinet space, and stainless steel/black appliances. Heat is forced air electric heat. The range and water heater are also electric. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including electric and garbage. Water and sewer is included with a utility fee to the tenant of $50/mo.
