The large balcony has 2 bistro tables and six chairs for enjoying beautiful summer evenings. The master bedroom features a queen-sized Casper mattress, north-facing window and closet for your use. The second bedroom features a double/full-sized Casper mattress, a large closet and north-facing window. The living room offers a comfy IKEA Friheten sofa-bed (double bed-sized). Linens and towels can be included. The deep soaker tub in the bathroom is a huge bonus! The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a wide range of cooking utensils and table/glassware. There is no air conditioning in the apartment but there are fans available for your use and it usually cools off enough at night during the summer for a comfortable sleep with the windows open and fans running. Both bedroom windows face north so that helps with heat during the day as well. Rent does not include electricity or internet. Add $140/mo if you’d prefer to build it into rent.
