I visited this complex today and I met with Laura. I'm going to guess Laura is the complex or property manager at Allen St. Laura was very helpful regarding rental questions. they have 1 2 & 3 bedrooms and let me tell you the community is quiet and peaceful. They have a weight room, a sauna and a swimming pool along with the children's playground. the complex is spacious and very well organized

Definitely overpriced. Not a lot of due diligence, like ensuring amenities are always available. It seems like the property is content to sit upon its throne, lofting pale dualities, collecting all its rent. Photos shall be forthcoming! 😁 2024-02-24 ------------ The electrical system has never worked properly since I've lived here. There are intermittent power outages with multiple outlets in multiple rooms. Exterior lights that are reported as out are not repaired. 2023-10-01 ------- The restroom is out of toilet paper. The clubhouse garbage isn't attended to.
