Rent includes all utilities; water, trash, heat, and central air. Small dog accepted. Lease time frame negotiable. Deposit of $400.00 required and can be refunded upon a empty, undamaged clean room with a 30 day notice. Anyone interested must compete and pay for a non refundable application with credit and background check. Tours can be scheduled upon request.
