Perched above the bustle of city life between the ocean boulevard and Gloucester's historic Main Street, this modern, open, two-bedroom apartment is the perfect place. Located on the second and third floors of a two-family home, the main living area has plenty of plush leather seating, a 45' flat screen TV, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining nook, a new full bath, and a large deck with spectacular water views. A spiral staircase leads up to two bedrooms including the primary with a king bed, half bath and washer/dryer. A guest bedroom in the front of the house has its own private deck and an extremely comfortable futon sofa which opens to a full-size bed, perfect for the occasional overnight guest. Please note that this is a two-family property with a first-floor tenant. One dog OK. Utilities included. First, last & security due at signing. Off-street parking for 1 car available No smoking. No events or parties. No Cats Allowed
