About 24 S Spring Ave #310
(RLNE1333126) I am renting out my individual room for 800 a month. I am looking for someone that needs an apartment for the summer. The unit is available from May 20th-Aug 2nd. I live with three other girls in spacious loft. Our loft includes 2 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, full kitchen, washer and dryer, living room, balcony and an attached garage. Located across from saint louis university as well as across the street from several popular bars. I would be willing to pay utilities and work something out for the payment of rent if renter does not want the unit for the whole summer.
