There's also a wet bar, a living area with a 70" flatscreen and second gas fireplace, a second dining table, a home gym with treadmill and free weights, and a rec area with foosball and ping pong. Garage and storage: 2-car attached garage with a stand-up freezer, second refrigerator, and a workbench with basic tools and ladders. Full attic for storage. Outside: The walkout opens to a patio with full couch seating, a gas fire table and a 6-seat outdoor dining table. Weber gas grill and Traeger included. Basketball hoop in the driveway. Ring cameras cover the full property. Pets: We're very pet friendly. We'd just like to meet your pets first. Rent and terms: $7,000/month (6 month), $6,500/mo (1yr), $6000/mo (2yr).
