This home is the perfect long term rental. It has a lakefront view of Lake Pettibone and access to Highland National Reserve in the back. Lake Pettibone is an all-sports lake as well. The morning sunrise from the master bedroom and from all eastward-facing windows makes it more pleasant to start each day. The proximity to the wilderness draws visitors from all kinds of animals ranging from deer, turkeys, cranes, squirrels, chipmunks, and many colors of bird. The abundance of windows makes you feel like you're getting a view of nature from the inside looking out instead of the outside looking in. There is a train track with which the cliff takes care of sound dampening and serves as a "trail" with a 10 minute walk to the Come Back Inn diner/bar and a 20 minute walk to downtown Milford and beautiful nature views with several lakes to pass along the way. Lake Pettibone, Lake Moore, etc are part of the Huron River and connect for extended kayaking journeys going up and down stream. The home is also across the street from Milford High School, make it a perfect home to rent for a family with semi-long term plans to be in the area. 3-4 year lease terms are allowed and preferred. Landlord is an employee of the US Navy and scheduled to be in Maryland for the next 3+ years. On the exterior the home has brand new Anderssen windows, Hardy Board siding, and gutters.
