The are also two living rooms: upstairs is the TV lounge and downstairs is more for guests or reading. The casual dining is open to the kitchen. There's a graveled parking lot in back with a deck and two open sheds. The front yard is fenced, includes a long, wide porch with table and chairs. The home is heated and cooled with an efficient heat pump. All appliances provided; however tenant is responsible for maintaining the washer and dryer. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. This home has an EV charger! Pets considered on a case by case basis. Additional pet rent and refundable deposit. They must be adult, fixed and friendly. Dogs under 50 pounds. Pet application required via bluesage petscreening com Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company).
