This unit is the lower level of a 2 story town home and space is completely separate with private driveway, storage shed, small gravel yard and patio entrance. Unit includes 2 full bedrooms plus one bonus room/office (without a closet). $1250/month (plus set $50/month utility fee) 12 month lease (month to month after 1 year) Available at beginning of February 2026 *BRAND NEW CARPET* The unit includes a small washer/dryer combo machine. The basement shares the central air system which is controlled by the upstairs tenants. An additional mini split is located in the unit for added temperature control in the basement main area. Fill out the FREE pre-screening application and we'll reach out about showing the house! If invited to apply there is a $45 application fee to run a background and credit check. Cats will be considered. Non-refundable pet deposit of $200 plus $50/month pet fee will be added to rent. The unit is not ideal for dogs since the small gravel yard becomes very smelly due to pet urine. The home is shared with upstairs tenants. Tenants must be respectful of noise level and quiet hours.
