I have a nice 1 bedroom/1 bathroom modern Loft in The Cork Factory, available as early as April 15th. The unit is in the Warehouse building on the 5th floor and faces northeast with a view of the Allegheny River. This loft unit offers an open and spacious layout, 14 foot high ceilings, exposed brick wall with two huge windows that open, concrete floors, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and central heating and A/C. Cats and dogs are also just fine! The Cork Factory offers many attractive amenities, including 24 hour concierge/security, pool, hot tub, river-side patio with grills free to use, fire pit, and a fun weekly happy hour in the Factory Room. You are also just blocks from the heart of the Strip District and all of its many great food stores, restaurants, bars and clubs. Typical utilities bills are quite low, $75/month on average total (electric and water). Heating is included. Parking garage permit is just $35/month. I have really enjoyed living here! It is very easy comfortable living, and a great community to be a part of. My unit is very quiet thanks to the thick walls. The Cork Factory has won multiple awards from various Apartment and Architectural associations. I recently bought a house and am looking to sublet my unit as early as April 15th, and you could then take over my lease when it ends on July 31st.
