Completely renovated in 2017, this 2 bed/2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood off of Main Street offers excellent proximity to everything downtown Simpsonville and the newly renovated Simpsonville city park. The major renovations included new custom kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, windows, walk-in master shower, refinished hardwoods, and all new electrical. It sits on a little over a half acre lot with the majority of the backyard fenced in. Pets are allowed with additional fees. A carport off the side of the home offers protection from the elements and the detached garage is great for additional storage. The 11.4kW solar system generates more power than the home actually consumes so the power bill is VERY low. No smoking. Pet policy is $40/mo per pet.
