There's an open concept living room and kitchen with vaulted ceilings, a wood stove, kitchen island and closet pantry. Includes a gas range, microwave, and dishwasher. The laundry room has a utility sink and washer and dryer included. There is a detached, double opening, 2-car garage with lots of shelving, and another detached garage with room for extra storage. The house is heated with cadet heaters, a wood stove in the living room, and pellet stove in the master bedroom. This home is on a septic and private well so there's no water or sewer bill, and year-round yard care is included in the rental price. There is beach access via a public park just a short 2 minute drive away. One small dog is possible on a case-by case basis with additional deposit and monthly pet rent. First and last month's rent and a $1,900 security deposit are required upfront. We are looking for responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of around $5,700 per month.
