Due to the location, we strongly recommend AWD/4WD vehicles for inclement weather. The main floor has an open concept living space featuring log walls, stunning hardwood floors, and plenty of windows for natural lighting. The centerpiece of the living area is a stately gas log brick fireplace. For all of your storage needs, there are floor to ceiling shelves. The kitchen provides bar seating, spacious counter tops, and plenty of cabinet space. Off of the living area is the primary bedroom with an attached bath, along with a second bedroom. Down a metal spiral staircase is the large bonus room perfect for a home office, craft room, or a game room! With a covered front deck and trees surrounding the home on three sides, this is the ideal place nature lovers. Jointly leased, there is a security deposit typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Well water, private septic, and lawncare are included in the rental rate. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Heat is electric baseboard, propane Rinnai, and gas logs, no AC. This property does not accommodate pets. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.
