This is a very high-end area, with many valuable houses and mansions nearby. This is a very safe and peaceful neighborhood, with a pleasant woodsy atmosphere and quiet walkable streets. The other room renters currently at this property are mature working professionals, who maintain a clean and drama-free household. Please contact me (Mark) if you would like to apply.
