Washer/dryer hookups (no appliances provided). Beautiful new hard surface floors throughout. Every part of this home has been lovingly updated. There's a private back deck and large 2-car garage for storage. Enjoy the 2nd private, screened-in porch with hot tub. PLEASE NOTE: There are two full baths in this home, one which has just been remodeled with marble). There is no bathtub. UTILITIES: Tenant responsible for electric, professional trash services, internet and lawn care. House is serviced by a well and septic system. High speed internet available (to be confirmed by Tenant). Renters insurance required for all approved applicants. PET POLICY: No weight or breed restrictions but all permitted pets must be spayed/neutered and housebroken. Each pet requires non-refundable $300 fee prior to move-in. (No pet rent charged.)
