A 4WD or AWD vehicle is required for the mountain road. It feels like a remote adventure yet is still convenient to town and the AVL airport, about 25 minutes away. Adjoining Sprout Mountain and nearby other local developments. Past tenants have leased while building nearby, and it is possible to hike from the cabin. Flexible lease terms are available, with stays as short as 3 months. Online Google Forms pre-application is required before scheduling a showing. Please message for details. Requirements include AWD or 4WD vehicle, renters insurance, income of three times the rent, and a credit and background check. No cats. No drive bys without an appointment.
