Renovated kitchen with new frig, dishwasher, built-in microwave, granite counters. Newly renovated bathroom with shower (no tub) and lots of storage. Work from home and see clients! Bonus room/office in rear of home with separate entrance and 1/2 bathroom. Separate laundry room with new washer/dryer. Small single car garage and off the street parking. Central air, natural gas heat, mini split in office. Open back patio. Large Southern Red Oaks in front and back, (the largest and oldest trees in the neighborhood,) fenced back yard. Outside storage. Tenant responsible for all yardwork and all utilities. No smoking. Move in date April or May. Dog under 30 lbs considered with additional $25 a month rent.
