Please let us know if you would like to come by and experience serenity unheard of in Norwalk. Tenant must be a non-smoker and no pets.
Lease Terms
Lessee is responsible for all utilities - Propane, Garbage, Cable, Electricity ect. Must be a non-smoker, and no pets.
There is a $5600 Security deposit.
Propane will be full upon start of rental and Tenant would need to have it refilled at rental completion.
