Charging port for an EV vehicle for an additional surcharge, depending upon use. This Old Canyon location is close to great hiking (starting from the front door!) - it’s approximately a 6-minute drive to the Topanga Center, 14 minutes to Gelson’s Valley Village, and 17 minutes to the 101, Calabasas Commons, or Ventura Blvd - plus a few minutes farther to Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, Costco, and Whole Foods. No road closures on Old Topanga Canyon Road and Mullholland Hwy - and, of course, it’s not far to PCH and the beach, depending upon the current schedule for road construction.
