The rent for the room is currently $900/month, utilities not included. The rooms are a nice size in a beautiful house. The house is a 5-6 minute walk from the Shaw/ Howard Metro on the green line. A 5 minute walk to U Street, 5 minute walk to Howard's campus. The house features a generous full kitchen with a grand living room with high ceilings and a washer & dryer in the unit. It has 2 full bathrooms and one-half bathroom. Housemates include 1 young professional and 1 student. We are a very easy-going household, yet very quiet, and we strongly respect each other's privacy. We respect and keep our common areas very clean, and expect the same from the new housemates. Must be willing to pay first and last month's rent and security deposit. Other utilities (electric) come out to around $50pp/month depending on time of year. WiFi is included. - Looking for guys or girls. Currently 1 young professional and 1 student (2 girls) - Looking for a roommate that is friendly, clean & respectful :) - Laundry/dryer in unit - Monthly cleaning service for all common areas - Bike share one block from the house - This will be a 6-month lease initially, then month-to-month.
