Timpanogos and Deer Creek Reservoir, and Deer Valley Ski area is also visible. Great access to the trail network just behind the house, 15 minutes to Park City, 10 minutes to Deer Valley, and 3 minutes to the middle Provo for the fly fishermen/women in the family. The 1951 square feet of living space is efficiently laid out and the home plays bigger than than because of the 750 square foot unfinished basement. Clubhouse with pickle ball courts and many other features coming soon! While I'd prefer no pets, the matter is negotiable and the deposit can be adjusted accordingly. There is extra parking for guests 20 yards down the street and the clubhouse just down the street is now complete! I'm eager to get the home rented and it's priced hundreds below what adjoining units (WITH THE SAME WESTERN VIEWSHED) are renting for. Current tenants will be leaving by the end of October. Come see it. You won't be disappointed.
