Perfect for adventure tourists who love quiet and solitude. PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING FOR THIS HOME: 1. Email your interest to ****. 2. One day for tours will be arranged between January 19-31st. 3. Once tours are complete an application will need to be filled out and approved. 4. Move in can be as soon as February 1, 2026. There may be an opportunity to work directly with the owner on reduced rent in exchange for handyman and caretaking support related to the onsite vacation rental. Any such arrangement would be discussed separately with the owner and is not required to rent the home. Credit above 650 2. Income to rent ratio is 2.0X or greater 3. No previous evictions in the last five years, up to 2 late payments in a 12-month period 4. Must meet the Colorado Rental Fairness Act -No conviction within the last five years or any conviction or deferred judgment at any time related to methamphetamine, registered sex offender. Homicide and related offenses, and stalking. The landlord accepts Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSRs) in compliance with Colorado’s ‘Rental Application Fairness Act.
