Large Storage space in the building included! Ski Locker included! Firewood hauled to the unit by building property management at no cost (for wood burning fireplace). Laundry room 30 seconds from unit. It's free use, so no coins needed. No long haul to laundry. Parking close to the unit, so no long walks. Keystone Resorts Skier shuttle behind building (no additional cost). Ground Floor unit so no stairs! Very quiet building. Most units are second homeowners. Only 6 units in our building enclave (2 units per floor) Pets allowed case by case. Check with us. Floorplan: Perfect unit for 1-2 people. (The prior renter was 2 people and 1 was a remote worker from the unit). Walk to Lake Keystone or Snake River Trail from the unit. Perfect setting for people or dog walks. Lake Keystone has ice skating in winter. 750 Square feet unit. Great floor plan with sectioned off kitchen, dining room, and bunk bedroom. Amazing mountain views from the dining room and balcony. The unit backs to Keystone Mountain and open space. No concrete views. Great sunlight into the unit. 1 California sized King bed. 1 Queen sized sleeper sofa. 2 bunk beds around the corner for the occasional visitor. Old fashioned wood burning fireplace. Fully furnished and fully stocked kitchen. 5-minute walk to a large indoor pool and hot tub. All appliances included. Full sized refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Large locked off storage unit usage comes with rental, along with ski locker usage. Easy walk from parking to unit. No long hauls. Gas grill included. Walk to the playground from the building.
