There's shared washer/dryer, off street parking and a shed with some storage space if you have a bike or other gear. About me: I'min my 40’s, tidy, considerate of shared space, and keep a low-key lifestyle. I work full-time and value a peaceful home to come back to. I have another renter in the house. She’s lived with me for 4 years, I’m hoping to find someone who fits well with us.
