It has an extended size two-car attached garage, new furnace, new water heater, new air-conditioner, new refrigerator, new windows and new siding. Lawn care and snow removal are paid by owner. Dogs and cats are allowed on a case by case basis with additional deposit and pet fee. Renter(s) should have verifiable BEFORE-TAX household income of at least $5,310 per month, a credit score above 600, two references available upon request, proof of no criminal background.
