Dece place to live! Good location, management wasn’t terrible and always made sure to be communicative with requests. Peace out neon flats

Looking for a place with poor management? Look no further. If you need management for questions takes 3-4 days for a response. Impossible to reach anyone by phone; always goes to voice mail; even then takes two days for a response. Apartment has key-less entry but won’t give you a fob, and you have to use a key to get in and out. Units DON’T have in-unit laundry but don’t worry they are planning on updating the hallways soon. The foyer usually has homeless people spending the night and management won’t do anything about it as well. But don’t worry they are updating the halls soon. If you have an apartment facing Washington you can hear cars and people yelling outside (what you sign up for). If you have a unit facing the parking ramp, you get to hear the trash truck.
