Outdoors you can enjoy large backyard with private covered patio. Parking consists of a one-car garage and paved driveway which fits up-to two cars. Other features: Pet friendly Central Air and Heat Baseboard electric heat Tenant pays for electricity and water/sewer. Owner pays for trash/recycle. Pets are considered with pet screening and monthly pet fee. • All residents of PMI properties are required to enroll in the Resident Benefit Package, which incurs an additional monthly cost of $37.00. Additionally, residents are obligated to obtain residential liability coverage. This can be done through PMI at a cost of $14.95 per month, or alternatively, residents may provide their own proof of coverage. The provided coverage must include a minimum property liability coverage of $100,000 and must list Experience Property Group, Inc., dba PMI East Lyme, as an additional insured or as an interested party. This requirement must be met prior to moving in. PMI East Lyme provides all residents with Equal Housing Opportunity. Section 8 accepted with approved application and approved housing voucher.
