Comfortable outdoor area for relaxing, gardening and BBQing etc. The house is unfurnished, but the outdoor table and chairs shown in pics are available to be furnished. Tandem parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Washer dryer in outdoor covered laundry shed. Solar hot water system and PV Panels on the roof providing electric savings to the tenant. Wood laminate and tile floors throughout, split AC system in the living room and one wall AC unit in the master bedroom. Recreation park amenities and playground for residents and guests only. Included utilities are water, sewer, trash, landscaping, maintenance of the recreation park/plyground, and interior/exterior pest control as the owner provides currently through Bowman Pest Control. Tenant(s) responsible for all other utilities including obtaining and maintaining renter's insurance. The respectful owner currently splits his time between living in the attached ohana to the back of the property and keeps the garage for personal parking and storage. No pets please. Available Now for a 1 year minimum term. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shop, several schools and grocery store etc.
