The main house has undergone a complete renovation with new electrical, plumbing, and all new stainless steel appliances. The house features crown molding, 2 GAS fireplaces, brick floors in the dining room, a 6-burner gas cooktop in the kitchen, double ovens with warmer, hardwood floors, coffee-glazed maple cabinets, and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. The exterior of the house is made of pinewood board and batten with copper gutters and has a 200-year-old front door from the south of France. The house has a 9-foot ceiling throughout, except for the brick floors in the dining room. The tenant will be responsible for utilities, and boat parking is not guaranteed but negotiable. Lawn and pest care, cable, and internet are included. *Note that fireplaces are not guaranteed to work, but should. Yard shared with onsite owner.
