About 2184 Hedgerow Rd #B
Property Id: 2435356 2184 B is a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom at The Enclave just off Bethel Rd! Brand new LVP throughout and ceramic tile in the bathrooms. This unit has new kitchen counters and all-black appliances: a new gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It has been painted and is being cleaned, and we have a few maintenance items left to complete. It will be ready on Monday, March 23, 2026. The laundry area off the kitchen will fit a full-size washer & dryer (water is included in the rent), and there is a coin-operated washer & dryer in every building. There are two generous bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet. One has sliding glass doors to the patio, and the other has a bathroom. There is a hallway bath right outside the bedroom with the sliding glass doors. The patio faces the green space and has a 3x7 storage closet. Rent includes water, trash, and sewer; the resident pays for gas, electricity, and internet. Columbus schools! The Enclave units are in buildings with a common hallway- 4 units on the top floor and four units on the bottom floor. One designated parking space per unit- plenty of additional non-marked parking on the property. 2184 B is vacant and will be ready to rent on 3/23. We require the new resident to see it before submitting an application. We can hold it up to three weeks from the time of application, with a signed lease agreement. You are welcome to see it during office hours: Monday 9:30-5, Friday 9:30-5, and Wednesday 9:30-12. Christine works in the office and will give you the keys to view it during office hours. If you need a different day/time, please contact King Property Management to make arrangements We allow up to two cats, and there is a $200 pet fee per cat. We will allow ANY service or emotional support animal, provided proper paperwork is provided to the Enclave condominium association. You MUST qualify for all of our units- good rental history, good credit, and your income needs to be 3-4x the monthly rent (gross).
