The owners updated the home in 2024 with new interior paint, new carpet, new countertops, new light fixtures/ceiling fans, new kitchen appliances, new faucets and new cabinetry handles. Viewings of this property will be available after 07/14/2026 and will be by scheduled appointment. The owner will consider one small dog (less than 25lbs) or a cat. Owner approval of pet is required prior to applying to lease this property. ALL prospective tenants must complete our third-party pet screening and review processes.
