Unfinished basement. 2 Large bedrooms with good closet space upstairs. There is an additional, very large, finished room that at one time was attic space off one of the bedrooms. To use it as a bedroom, please understand that you will have to go through a bedroom to get to this bedroom. It would make a great play room off the kids bedroom, a fantastic private HUGE office, or any else you can think of that an extra huge room could be used for. Washer and Dryer provided. Cats and reasonable dogs are welcome with a $200 pet fee and $20 a month per pet. This is a NON-SMOKING Building, which includes recreational smoking. Tenant pays all Utilities.
