There are 2 bedrooms, the primary has a walk-in closet and an additional vanity area. The balcony faces the parking area. COLUMBUS schools! 2159 E is vacant & READY! We do require the new resident to see it before applying. We can hold it up to 3 weeks from the time of application w/ a signed lease agreement. You are welcome to see it during office hours on Monday 9:30-5, Friday 9:30-5, and Wednesday 9:30-12. If you need a different day/time than office hours, please email KPM & we will make arrangements. We allow 2 cats with a pet deposit. ANY service animal/emotional support animal is allowed with proper paperwork provided to The Enclave association.
