Property Id: 2598712 Tenant agrees to pay $2,940 per month, due on the 1st of each month. Payment shall be made via online payment, Zelle, or bank transfer. Tenant will pay a security deposit of $2,900 prior to move-in. The deposit will be returned within 30 days after move-out, minus any deductions for damages or unpaid rent.
