There is also a very relaxing and fun pool for those hot summer days, off the pool area of the yard is a courtyard with a gazebo and room for lots of plants. This home will be available June 3rd. The rental rate is $2,111.00 per month and the security deposit is $2,211.00, plus a $150 pet deposit per approved pets. 2 pets OK. Every adult age 18 and over must complete an application. The application fee is $55 per adult. The application process includes credit, criminal, previous rental history, employment and income verification. Our minimum rental requirements include the following: 1. The applicants' household verifiable gross monthly income must be 3 times the rental rate.
