Well lit, renovated, clean two bedroom apartment just a couple minutes from the hospital in near Eau Clair High School. Pets allowed, I will share the policy upon requests. No rent charged for pets, and no breed restrictions. Longer lease is preferred and will offer discount for longer lease. Can do 6 months shortest lease. All utilities are responsibility of tenant. Will share information upon request. An active renters insurance policy is required for the duration of the lease. Absolutely no smoking allowed. Parking is included and enough room for multiple cars, laundry included and in unit. There's lots of space in the backyard and a screened in back porch area. Stainless steel fridge and washer set has been installed since pictures were taken. Rent is NOW $1450 per month. Apartment available now. Applications through here are accepted. One month security deposit due at lease signing. Tenant responsible for all utilities.
