Tenant pays water, sewer, gas, electricity, and trash. One dog allowed, under 50lbs with $300 pet deposit and $35 monthly pet rent. No smoking or vaping on the property. Security deposit due at lease signing. Lease Admin fee of $18 per month is added on all leases by property manager. Renters liability insurance is required, and a liability policy is available for $15 per month.
