French doors lead you to the covered patio space with open views of the large backyard with pool and 2 storage sheds. The property is located off of Pine Forest Road, giving easy access to interstate I 10 for east and west bound travel. It is also conveniently located to local shopping, Five Flags Speedway, area schools, Navy Federal and much more! This home has solar panels in place. Power services is a base fee, which will be billed to tenant each month. Schools: Longleaf Elementary, Beulah Middle, Pine Forest High School Pet(s) allowed on a pre-approved basis with all pet fees paid. Owner/Manager reserves the right to deny any pet(s) at any time. Pet fees range from $275-375 per pet, this is a one time nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a annual pet inspection fee of $150.
