Owners pay (included in rent): garbage/sewer Renters pay (not included in rent): power/water/internet choice Renters insurance will be required for the entirety of the length of residency. Copy of 30 days - most recent paystubs 3. Proof of Other Income (SSI, Child Support, Etc.) if applicable. 4. If you are Self Employed, provide copies of the last 2 most recent tax returns. 5. Pet photo and records (shots, country license, etc) if applicable 6. If you have an Emotional Support Animal please request the application. In addition we will need a photo of the animal, county registration, reasonable accommodation letter *Completed Applications will be processed as received. Applications are processed Monday-Friday during business hours. Processing of application and verification of information is attempted to be completed within 3-5 business days.
