Includes a separate office/exercise room and the primary bedroom is located on the main floor for easy access. You'll enjoy relaxing by the fireplace or firing up the BBQ and entertaining guests on the huge patio. Easy access to shopping and South Reno's main arterial roads makes access to town a breeze. Must see to truly appreciate! Pets are welcome upon approval. Utility caps are $300 for electricity/gas and $100 for water. All other utilities, including landscaping, are covered by the owner. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. There is a $50 application fee per applicant. Upon approval, a one-time $250 lease setup and inspection fee will be due prior to move-in.
