Renting a private room for rent in East Williamsburg for $1500 a month. The apartment has 3 bedrooms.The apartment is on the first floor and the room that is up has a private entrance. There will be a queen bed, a 3 door wardrobe and work desk for you. The room will be furnished. Commute to Manhattan is very easy, L train is across the street (takes 30 sec to the L train, Montrose stop) and it is 9 minutes away from G or the M/J train. So you have options depending on where you are going. Also there is a huge private backyard for us. There is a rose bush and a grape tree, a hammock, a gas grill, regular grill, we grow tomatos, mint and basil.. this backyard is an amazing place to hang out and do bbq. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a dishwasher, a gas stove, and a table. The living room has an upright piano!, TV, couch, get's a lot of light and is a perfect hang-out spot. The bathroom is pretty big and we keep it clean. One roommate is a software coder and the other is a DJ/engineer. They prefer to live with a working professional. The room will be available on August 1st one month as a deposit, first month(august) and last months rent to move in. so 3 x $1500 ! No couples.
