Amazing 4 bd 2 bath 1 car garage home in Manitou Springs. The Main Level Living has hickory wood flooring along with tile and carpet in two of the three bedrooms. The living room has a gas stone fireplace to keep you warm on the snowy nights. The kitchen has been remodeled with turquoise tile, quartz countertops and recessed lighting. Private fenced in backyard boasts a large patio and lots of scrub oak to enjoy all the Colorado seasons. Miles of hiking Trails are assessable right out your front door. Wildlife is abundant here as well. Great eateries are a small walk down the street along with the town of Manitou which is very walkable. $25 application fee per adult over 18. Must have 650 or above credit. 2 dogs max are acceptable with $35 pet rent per pet. All utilities and trash are the tenants responsibility. No smoking or growing marijuana. Applicant has the right to provide the landlord with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the landlord with a PTSR, the landlord is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the landlord to access or use the PTSR. The landlord may limit acceptance of PTSRs to those that are not more than 30 days old. Confirm PTSR requirements directly with the landlord.
