The house has a 2 car garage and the driveway is extended to allow additional parking. There is a deck and concrete slab in the back yard along with a garden shed and a hobby shed that has electric run to it. We will allow one pet as long as it is less than 30# once grown and we will not allow a pitt bulls. Renter will be responsible for registering the pet with city hall. There is a $30/month pet fee as well. A minimum 650 credit score is required. We will require a credit report so we can vette possible renters.
