The hallway bathroom has a bathtub and the master bathroom has a walk-in shower. Private covered patio at the back of the house with a storage room. Heated with electric wall heaters and a wood stove in the living room. 1-car garage with electric opener. Laundry hookups in the garage (bring your own washer and dryer). Sewer/septic is included in the rent but tenants pay water, garbage, and electricity. Yard care is the tenants responsibility so please make sure you have your own equipment and time to mow and weed the yard, or be willing to pay a landscaper to handle it for you. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent, $150 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee, and $1,700 security deposit are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, long-term, responsible tenants with excellent rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rent per month.
