It's a nice 1 mile walk, a quick bike ride or a free trolly ride to the city center. The free trolley stop is just a few blocks away. If you have elementary age children, the location couldn't be more convenient! Only a couple minute walk to school everyday so no need to sit in the car line. There are 2 parks/playgrounds within short walking distance. Easy walk to the shops on West Stone Ave., including Moe's BBQ, Liability Brewing, and Greenville Yoga and a few blocks away from Harris Teeter on East Stone Ave. and Wade Hampton. This updated bungalow has amazing 1930's charm but with all the modern conveniences! The chef's kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (gas range has double ovens) and custom cabinetry with TONS of storage. The kitchen has a closet with stacked washer and dryer included in rental. There is recessed lighting throughout the house. Gas "coal" fireplace in front room. Lots of natural light shines through the many windows. The large master suite includes a huge walk-in closet and bathroom. The master bath has a double vanity, large jetted whirlpool tub, and an enclosed shower with relaxing rain shower head as well as jets on the walls. No worries with running out of hot water, due to a tankless gas water heater. French doors lead onto a stone paver patio with well established yard. This is an excellent environment for entertaining! The detached garage allows for one small car or would be a perfect workshop. SCHOOLS: zoned for Stone Academy (elementary), League Middle, Greenville High School 12 month lease. Renter is responsible for all utilities, yard service, pest control. No smoking. Home is unfurnished. Deposit is one month's rent. No pets without written consent.
