Two bedroom, two story house with two car garage. Main floor bedroom has small closet but second floor bedroom has huge walk in closet. Fenced back yard. Enclosed front and back porch. Bath has tub with shower. Stove, fridge, washer and dryer furnished. House has a newer heat pump and all electrical brought up to code in 2009. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. $500 pet deposit, plus $25 per month per pet added to monthly rent All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
